Shipping Policy

Shipping and Processing:

Shipping charges are calculated for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you and your gift recipients.

Shipping Rates per Delivery Address are calculated at the time your order is placed. 

A general estimate of cost by weight follows:

Up to 3 Lbs = $10.95
up to 6 Lbs = $17.95
up to 9 Lbs = $19.95
up to 12 Lbs = $22.95
up to 15 Lbs = $26.95
up to 18 Lbs = $31.95
up to 21 Lbs = $34.95
up to 24 Lbs = $37.95
up to 27 Lbs = $41.95

up to 30 Lbs = $44.95

We ship to all contiguous United States, and ship orders within 1-3 business days of your requested Shipping date. Our maximum time in transit is scheduled for 3 business days. All carriers may experience delays, and we cannot be responsible for delayed shipments on their behalf.

Tracking your package and damage claims

When we process your order for shipment you will automatically receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow the package in transit. Please make sure someone will be available to receive shipment on the day it is out for delivery. We pack all orders well and for hot weather, but cannot guarantee the conditions they are subjected to during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days so a claim can be filed with the carrier.  

Pick-Up Orders 2025:

Pick-Up date and times are scheduled when your order is placed. 

Place your order online or on the phone (925) 798-4321, then pick up in-store.
