Shipping Policy

Shipping and Processing:

Shipping charges are automatically calculated for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you and your gift recipients.

Shipping Rates per Delivery Address are calculated at the time your order is placed. 

A general estimate of cost by weight follows:

Up to 3 Lbs = $9.95
up to 6 Lbs = $15.95
up to 9 Lbs = $18.95
up to 12 Lbs = $22.95
up to 15 Lbs = $26.95
up to 18 Lbs = $31.95
up to 21 Lbs = $34.95
up to 24 Lbs = $37.95
up to 27 Lbs = $40.95

up to 30 Lbs = $42.95

We ship to all contiguous United States, and ship orders within 2-5 business days of your requested Shipping date. Our maximum time in transit is scheduled for 3 business days. All carriers are experiencing some delays currently, so we may proactively ship orders approximately 2 business days ahead of schedule.

Tracking your package and damage claims

When we process your order for shipment you will automatically receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow the package in transit. Please make sure someone will be available to receive shipment on the day it is out for delivery. We pack all orders well and for hot weather, but cannot guarantee the conditions they are subjected to during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days so a claim can be filed with the carrier.  

Curbside Holiday Pick-Up orders 2022:

Curbside Pick-Up times are scheduled with you after your order is placed.

For CONCORD Pick-Ups:
Enter the driveway at Serendipity Restaurant.
Pull in, state your name, and pop your trunk. We’ll load your order safely within 10 minutes of arrival.

        (Across from John Muir Hospital) 

For OAKLAND Pick-Ups:
Park streetside in front of the factory. Ring doorbell, state your name and pop your trunk. We’ll load your order safely within 10 minutes of arrival.
